I booked for a balayage - which is a hand paint technique - but I got foils. I didn't get any consultation on the cut beyond choosing a length. I didn't feel I was listened to - they were in a rush and just did what they assumed I wanted. They also made some transphobic comments while I was there

Was so delighted with my cut and got so many compliments! Told how much younger I look (who doesn't want to hear that?) & I have invested in a diffuser attachment for my hairdryer to get the wavy/scrunched effect that Rosie so expertly did for me
