I went to see Kate for a perm, I have had problems with my hair in the past and Katy has slowly resucued my hair so it is now in good condition. Katy looked at my hair and tested a strand in perm solution, as a result we agreed that perm solution on the whole of my head at this stage would make my hair very brittle and would undo the repair work we have been doing over the last 18months, so we agreed not to go ahead. Although I was initially disappointed I am very grateful for Katy's honesty..
