Sam was great, I haven't had my hair coloured in 20 years; she was as excited as I was to see the results! I had a balyage, cut and finish. Sam took the time to study the colour options with me and make some recommendations. She talked me through the process and was really friendly, the time flew by. I am really happy with the colour and cut.
