Rachael was fantastic from start to finish, due to the location, she made sure to text me step by step instructions in advance of my appointment. When I arrived she was very attentive to what I was looking for and had fantastic knowledge on how to adjust my hair to my needs. She took time to chat before the appointment to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted and continued checking throughout that I was happy with how it was progressing. I love my hair and will be back soon. Thank you Rachael
