As ever a wonderfully relaxed environment, comfortable and good vibe without having music pumping at a 1000 decibels. Traci is a consummate professional, translating what you want into a fantastic cut. Always a good conversationalist without inane unnecessary endless chatter. The end result is looking great and feeling pampered.
