Salon was closed when turned up. Not the first time I’ve been let down by Treatwell’s “live” booking system and false confirmation. Total waste of time - shame as previous experience at salon excellent

Lovely girl but had a tint instead of balayage, looked the same as when I arrived really. I did try to email to resolve the situation but no reply.
