Salon lacking atmosphere. Appreciate that these are difficult times, but the salon felt drab and lifeless.
Stylist was pleasant ( but different to the person I had hoped would do my hair, which isn’t good form) but very slow and my blow dry was pretty average.

I adore Lawler Steel!! What has kept me coming back over the years? Traci Steel of course! She is warm, friendly, full of positive energy - a well as hugely experienced and talented. You never have a 'bad hair day' with Traci. Want a change in style or colour? Traci's creativity comes to the fore but you will never be persuaded to adopt a style or colour that is not 'you'. Can't wait for Lawler Steel to open its doors again after quarantine. Helen V
