I went for a gel nail removal and was charged £5 extra without being told beforehand. I have eczema and psoriasis, but instead of understanding, the salon used it to justify the extra charge. The removal was poorly done—I had to file my nails myself afterward because they were left sharp. The owner also publicly questioned me about a loyalty stamp, which staff gave without clarifying service. I felt like a burden and uncomfortable. I won’t be returning.
