I made an appointment based on the good reviews but my experience was very different. The nail technician appeared nervous when applying my extensions - they kept falling off and the nails ended up being different shapes (one pointing off to the left!) then another technician had to take over. Felt uncomfortable throughout. No base coat was applied before shellac was hurriedly applied. The nails started chipping two days later and they look weeks old. I’m annoyed that I wasted my money.
