I enjoyed my session with Melissa. She makes you feel welcome; she's enthusiastic and easy to get on with - this is important when you're the only customer in the salon!
I had highlights which she did thoroughly, taking the time to really check out my unruly curls before starting a convo about treatment.
Overall, I'm pleased with the outcome and would def return. One of the tones is a little brighter than expected but I'd feel confident to go back and talk about it, and that's a credit to the salon.
Hair Colouring
Had a really great cut from Melissa, who also gave me some really great advice about my hair, and is very versatile. She was recommended by a friend who likes her haircuts trendy, while I prefer classic cuts, and Melissa delivered on both fronts.

This was my first booking through Wahanda - so glad I tried it as it helped me find Melissa and her lovely salon! Will definitely be going back.

Although dreading any potential interaction with beauty salons, I have to say that my haircut with Melissa was nothing like anything I have experienced before. Her place is a really relaxed, well-decorated room, Melissa is very friendly, cool and experienced hairdresser - she took care of my really long curly hair, listened to my concerns and wishes and spent a lot of time with all the services I had booked. My hair looks much nicer and healthier and I got a nice collection of useful tips about hair care and non-invasive styling! Would definitely go back there! And yes the music is great:)
Ladies' Haircuts
I've never written a review before but am so pleased with the cut and colour I feel I must! Melissa is a marvel, I have never had so many compliments about a hair cut/colour.....Melissa is calm, fun, professional and just seems to know what will work- but not at all pushy- I really can't recommend her more highly- six weeks after my visit my hair still looks great- looking forward to going again- she is the horse whisperer for the hairdresser phobic!
