I asked for a 2-inch cut to my collar bones, literally booked just a trim, a got at least a 4-inch haircut way above my shoulders with a strange fringe that gets in the way. Michelle didn’t listen to what I wanted, didn’t check that I like her ideas, and just went along with what she thought was good. Avoid. Also got asked to pay directly at the venue next time instead of through the booking app, avoid

Junior was excellent working with my short curly hair, not having cut it previously. I went in for a trim but it felt like I came out with a fresh new cut! I am v pleased.
