I asked for a 1.5 cm trim, but around 5 cm was cut off throughout my hair instead. I also specifically asked to keep my hair covering my ears, yet the sides around my ears were shaved and razor-cut. The result is completely different from what I requested. I appreciate that mistakes can happen, but this wasn’t a small misunderstanding—it ignored two very clear instructions. Unfortunately, I left very disappointed.
