Had a very good, quick trim here after work. Ela and I discussed exactly how I wanted my hair, she explained what she was going to do and I am very happy! Often feel quite anxious getting my haircut but I wasn’t today. I will be back.

I hesitate to leave this review as Ela was lovely and generous and toned my hair for free, and then tried to retone it when it came out a golden blonde. My normally ash blonde hair is now a mix of warm golden with dark greyish pieces. Absolutely awful. She’s no doubt very experienced with other colours, but not with ashy grey blonde. It’s also not the fault of my natural colour as she suggested, as I’ve never ever had it turn golden warm instead of ash blonde in five years of the same colour.
