The place itself is really well decorated. The staff are really welcoming, and polite. Ela took into consideration what I wanted to do with my hair, and she was really quick, as well. I had long hair and she cut a shoulder length style, with layers, and a fringe, in about 20 minutes. I honestly thought I was going to be there for 45 minutes, but she is so good at what she does. She blow dried it for me how I wanted it as well.
