Ela is very patient and goes to extra effort to make sure she understands what colour/style I want. Ela is very knowledgable and always gives me advice on how to keep my hair healthy between visits. Everything great as always. Could you guys please wear face masks as well as face shields. You ask customers to wear face coverings but you don’t wear them yourself so we are potentially exposed to Covid.

Ela, as always, really listens to what I wish to have done. She offers advice, as appropriate and is open to discussion on any areas of issue before she begins. I find this approach so reassuring. She has great skill in cutting and is very knowledgeable. Her manner is very pleasant. This all adds up to a lovely experience and a great haircut, which I'm delighted with.
