I can highly recommend Ela. She is straight talking, professional and very skilled. It is possible to have a full exchange with her and to agree an outcome before we start. This is both reassuring and satisfying in that we both are clear about our expectations, risks and outcomes. I enjoyed my experience in the salon and am delighted with my hair.
