Regarding the venue’s response to my review: I waited 17 days and followed up for a refund, I still haven’t received it. Instead, I received angry messages from the owner and was told to remove the review to get a refund - this is unethical and feels like theft since the service I paid for was never performed. I never got any apology for the delay either. Also, Magda did not identify the infection, I googled it during my appointment and it was me who asked her not to proceed with the BIAB
I’ve a been regular customer for a year. After my last appointment, I got a bacterial infection in my nails. My nails look horrible - discoloured with an unsightly green hue. This has raised serious concerns about the hygiene practices at this salon. The situation was also poorly handled. When we discovered the infection, it became clear that we couldn’t proceed with the BIAB infill which I prepaid for. Magda promised a refund but despite my follow-up call, refund was never processed.
