Hi, sorry for the delay in responding.
Our nails are poor and uneven in areas, as well as this having children in the shop is unprofessional.
My mum did specify that she wanted her nails shortened and was still given a nail repair.
We always appreciate you working out of hours to accommodate us.
The charging of nail art should be clear or explained to us as well as a copy of what exactly we paid for.
Overall we are seriously unhappy and would like a full refund. Which I have requested via PayPal. However the salon are now ignoring me

I'm very pleased with my acrylic extensions removal. Such a professional work from the nail technician. I definitely recommend them. I also did a BIAB manicure and it was amazing!!!
