H20 beauty is never going to be the fanciest place to go to, but does that matter? Is it immaculately clean? No, but you get a great treatment at a great price, and that’s fine by me!

Hot wax treatments were good. V. little pain. Lin was pleasant.
The leg wax was fast but left a lot of wax on my legs - very difficult to remove at home.
I was not told of any delay when I arrived. After 15 minutes I asked when I would get my wax; I had to wait for another client to be started & finished.
I explained that I had booked using treatwell because I wanted a specific time and don't like waiting around. We were 40 minutes late. Felt my time was not respected or concerns understood.

Women there were very nice but the time management was a disgrace, I spent over three hours there for a manicure and pedicure. The person who did my pedicure seemed poorly trained and didn’t do a thorough job which was poor considering I waited as long as I did and paid £45 for it. When it got to the manicure I waited for half an hour to fourty five minutes after being told it would be a five minute wait, whilst in the meanwhile I was first in the queue and a woman jumped to the seat before me which meant I had to wait even longer and they did nothing to resolve the issue. The manicure I had was picture perfect, but that’s all it was as it started lifting within hours. Overall I’d say amazing equipment and atmosphere with poorly trained workers.
