The staff was very nice and tried to do their best. However, I asked for darker hair without any warm tones and the hairdresser used dye which had really strong warm undertones. Therefore, my hair turned almost red, which was the last thing I wanted. I came back in to the salon to get it fixed, they were kind enough to try and cool it down, however, my hair still looks red and I cannot wait for the color to wash off. It’s a shame my expectations couldn’t be realized but the staff really tried.
