It was a really good experience and the lycon wax hurt so much less than normal wax does so it was really good for my sensitive skin. Would definitely go again!

I booked an express Guinot hydrathermie facial but when I arrived at the salon was told it had changed and was going to be £15 more expensive. I would have appreciated a) the website to have been updated with the new prices and b) to have been called in advance and not when in the salon. The facial itself was not what I expected, too quick, too much product and not the lift I was expecting. Guinot needs to offer clients a choice including what they have previously had and preferred.

My girlfriend and I went here for a facial spa and ot was wonderful experience. The music, the vibe it was amazing, it was so.relaxing I even fell a sleep a couple of times. 10/10 reccomded.
