So grateful that H Room is always friendly and flexible...and understood that I had changed the wrong appointment in error! Lovely as ever they just swapped me around in the system and my appointment was carried out professionally and discreetly. I love the team at H Room, they're so friendly and kind. The eyebrow threading was ok, but overall the experience was disappointing. The treatment went on longer than necessary and the therapist did not follow what I asked for, which was frustrating.
The salon itself did not feel as clean as I would expect. There were visible stains on the ceiling which was off putting. The therapist was polite, but lacked confidence and experience
