While getting waxed, the beautician commented on how much hair I had and how thick it was, more than once. She also said that she’d like to also wax off the thinner and lighter hairs on my inner thighs because she thought these didn’t look nice next to the newly waxed area. In a situation where you are already vulnerable as a client, these comments are unprofessional + uncalled for.
Wax spatula was not single-use and dipped into the wax pot several times, indicates poor hygiene standards.
