The massage was inconsistent quality, very deep on the legs but repetitive and ineffective on the back, shoulders and arms. It was supposed to be a full hour but finished after 50 minutes. My shoulders really ache even 2 days later. I felt tense when I left, like I had not had value for money from someone who knew what they were doing. It was a dispiriting experience, not the deep nourishing relax I had hoped for after a very stressful week.
