Attentive to detail, and immediately know which kind of eyebrow shape your face needs. I really enjoy visiting the H Room and have had my eyebrows and upper lip hair waxed & threaded by different members of the team. Their service is consistently great, and the team are very lovely. I am always greeted politely at reception and find the venue relaxed.
