Had highlights went to lighter brown and had bleach in my hair for over 2 hours, now I can’t even brush my hair after washing it as it is all tangled and breaks really regretting doing it should have realise that nothing good can come after having that long time bleach in my hair .. of course been charged 21£ extra for my roots and not just that my hair is destroyed but it’s not looking good either and the highlights colour way different for what I asked for !
