Monika is a lovely lady but very quiet, I felt she just didn't make much conversation with me during the treatment, Also the colour came out totally wrong, it's was too far from the colour I choose on the Chart, I didn't want to cause a problem so I just accepted it and hoped once I got home it would work on me, But it's not what I asked for or was expecting to turn out so deep Red like a dark Auburn, I Atcually was thinking it would end up something like I had it done before
