I started going to H&M thanks to the great special offers they do and have now decided to be a regular customer. The staff are great - my massage was really soothing and took place in a lovely warm, calming room. I have also had my haircut and blowed dried and been very pleased with the results. Natalia, my hairdresser, is a sweetheart and makes a great job of my hair. They use a L'Oreal Steampod to straighten it - and it's so good, I'm getting one myself. You also get offered a drink and biscuit or something. Honestly, with the offers on Treatwell, it would be rude not to! I'm even going on my birthday - and really looking forward to it. Thanks everyone!

Monika, the hairdresser did my Ombre. It looks amazing. I was very happy with the results. If I ever need my hair done I know where to go. The ladies are very nice as usual. I love this place :)
