I am so disappointed of all the experience in this salon. I am doing a colour washing and colouring on that day. The barber seem not understand English and always need someone translated what was I saying. It was very annoying that I cannot talking to her directly and she doesn't know what I want.
At the beginning I wish to dye in sliver and they explain so much that why I cannot do it. But I know I can do it because my stylist in Hong Kong told me and I just don't want to damaged all my hair at that time. I just don't want to argue with a person who is not knowing how to speak English. So I change it into rose gold and give a picture for her reference.
I got black(new hair) on the top, brown(dye before) on the middle and blond(highlighted but already lost the colour)on the bottom. I prefer it will be deep brown on the top and highlighted rose gold on the bottom but she just do the highlight directly. When she doing the highlight I asked her will it be dye all in black later on and she said yes. ( Actually the barber cannot understand what I am saying but she found someone to translate it and the translator said yes)
During the dying, I feel like living in hell! The barber just spread the colour on my scalp and hair. The chemical make me so painful! and I still need to wait for half an hour!!
After I finished all the colouring I just want to cry in front of the mirror! There are nothing changed of my top and middle hair! They are still black and brown! Just like I spend so much money for nothing!
And the bottom become purple red. That's the most disgusting colour I ever had in my life! It looks like fake hair.
She asked me if I am satisfied or not I can only tell her I prefer much more lighter because nothing can be changed at that time and I do not want to sit in there for five more hours.
I am very disappointed that I spent 69 pounds for a weirded style and all my friends said I just did nothing! I cannot believe that this salon got so many good review on Treatwell and I feel like deceived
Please do not go to this salon anymore or it will be your nightmare in your life!
