This was the second time I have been to Loreal H&M beauty and Wiola was as brilliant as before. I was there for three hours for two treatments and she had the level of conversation perfect - talking at first and then quiet to allow me to relax and enjoy my treatments. Value for money here is brilliant and the quality was once again excellent.
