This was the second time I have been to Loreal H&M beauty and Wiola was as brilliant as before. I was there for three hours for two treatments and she had the level of conversation perfect - talking at first and then quiet to allow me to relax and enjoy my treatments. Value for money here is brilliant and the quality was once again excellent.

I had Gorsia do my reflexology today, she was fantastic, very thorough, explained everything, She made me feel very relaxed and calm from the start. Gorsia really seemed to have a great knowledge and I felt stress and pain free when I finished. The bits that hurt me were the exact points I had been struggling with. I would highly recommend.
Reflexology
Luiza is fantastic. She makes sure she understands what you want before she does anything. The same can be said of the lovely latvian lady who did my eyebrows and lashes. Left feeling very pampered!
