Marta was lovely and very welcoming. She took her time with the wax and was very thorough. The reason why I've given it 4 instead of 5 stars is because there wasn't an option for Brazilian or Hollywood which is what I normally get.
I will definitely go back!

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing my experience at Loreal H&M Salon was! I was in a rush when I booked my treatment online, and misread the information thinking that it was eyebrow threading. Upon arriving at the salon, I realised my mistake as the booking was for eyebrow waxing. I'd never had my eyebrows waxed and had always been apprehensive about it, but I was going to a family event and needed my eyebrows fixing badly. Viola (who is an absolute star) talked me through the process and calmed my nerves and I decided to go for the waxing. I was so impressed by not only the result but the amazing service Viola provided; I will never get my eyebrows done anywhere else or by anyone else ever again (high praise given I had stuck with my previous eyebrow lady religiously for the past 5 years!).
Regarding the overall salon facilities, it's safe to say that the easily overlooked outside does not reflect the inside! The salon itself is a wonderfully relaxing environment, and the size and unique layout has to be seen to be believed!
10/10: Without a doubt a hidden gem!
