I loved the ambience of the salon, the staff is helpful and kind. I am also happy with the result of my treatment. I do feel like it could cost less, however, given that nobody tells you the details of the procedure upon booking your treatment, and some things may catch you by surprise.
E.g.: I found out on the spot that I could achieve my desired result (Ombre treatment) only if I make 2 or 3 visits and pay the cost each time just to get a color as light as I'd like it to be (and a contrast as strong as I'd like it to be). I was disappointed to hear that, as well as that it costs extra to treat the top parts of your hair with a darker color in order to achieve a starker contrast.
Nevertheless, I am happy with the result, even if it wasn't what I originally imagined could be done. I do believe some treatments could use a price reduction, though. I don't think I find it worth the cost to have to do repeated visits where you have to pay the original price of the same treatment, even though it's just a followup.
Quite happy with my haircut and stylish, the only minor disappointment I had is that the styling didn't last the way home..most of it was ruined by some wind. Perhaps the staff could apply more effective methods to make sure the stylish lasts at least the day?

Martya as always a true professional. The room and the ambience was perfect and i was made to feel very comfortable. My manicure was over and beyond what I expected and the bonus is always the reasonable prices.
Will definitely be encouraging my family and friends to use this little gem of a salon in the middle of Radford.
