Awful experience. Cut my hair with a razor and split all the ends. Dyed and made it an even warmer color than I initially went in with despite the sole purpose of my visit being to make it a cooler tone. Repeatedly made me feel awful about my curly “impossible to manage” hair and tried to overcharge me double the price in the end.
