I had a haircut. Monica was amazing and very quick at her job. I didn't want too short or too long hair so she did really well. The girl at the reception was also very nice. There was a bit problem with the stylist understanding English but that was easily sorted with the girl at reception bridging that communication gap.

When I walked in I was greeted and asked if I wanted a drink while the stylist got ready, then I was seated and asked how I liked my hair with which she started to cut and 10-15 mins later this was finished and exactly as requested. Will definitely visit again.
