H&M hair had been recommended by a couple of friends. I found the booking process and salon visit easy and pleasant. Monika did a very relaxing scalp massage with my shampoo and I was very pleased with the cut and blow dry. She updated and tweaked my layered bob which really suits me and has removed some over processed top layers, so it feels and looks in much better condition!
