Came in for a manicure and pedicure, and was looked after by Rita. I made a mistake with one of my colours as it was very translucent, but Rita didn't want to upset me by saying I should choose a different colour and worked her magic. She spent extra time and attention to build the colour up which I really appreciated.
I found her to be very thoughtful as she really wanted to get my nails looking as best as possible and gave me some tips on what I should or shouldn't do for next time.
