Bruna is amazing! You can tell her really cares about what she does. Best facial I've ever had. I had a 1 hour facial booked and she spent 2 hours on me!! She used amazing products on my skin and even made me a home made cream to take home with me! She did extractions on me and my skin has never looked so good. The value of ££ for that kind of facial and her attention to detail is amazing.. I will be back next month.! Thank you Bruna xx

The place was very nice albeit a bit cold. My therapist was very nice and knowledgeable. And I think the treatment really worked well!

When I arrived no one was expecting me, it took a while to sort out the confusion (although no actually explained to me what was happening and they kept talking in brasilian).
Eventually a nice girl took me downstairs for my waxing.
She was a very nice girl. The waxing was ok, but I was surprised to be left with big patches of wax on my legs. I had to ask for something to wipe them off my self before getting dressed. My legs were so dry, I expected some proper moisturising to be applied on them, but nothing.

Not my first time going here. Great staff and Bruna really knows her stuff and is always so welcoming. The facial is always thorough and it's excellent value for money.
