A bit overpriced - the thread they are using is very thick, making the threading really painful but the staff is nice and venue is at a good location.

The environment is nice and the staff is really friendly.
I'va had done natural nails before and had a great experience. I wasn't as pleased with the gel manicure as I found it lasted less than others I've had done.

The room is pretty tatty and the therapist is a bit scatter brained. For instance stays in the room and tidies up as you get dressed after the treatment, there's bits of wax on the bed afterwards (and a bit left on skin as well, not much though) and the room is not impressive. Having said that, the wax is pretty good, thorough and quick and the therapist is very nice to chat to. I'll be going back again.
