I had my nails done with shellac at a last minute appointment and was quite disappointed. No one was there to greet me and when I chose the colours they were all extremely sticky to touch - no colour chart available. The place was dark and towels were dirty. I chose a light colour which needed a good few coats to make them not transparent, this wasn't done and now you can see my nails through the varnish, as well as bits of hairs that got caught underneath. For a 20 minute £30 manicure that was supposed to last 1 hour, definitely not good value for money.
