The staff were lovely and offered me a drink right away. 3 stars for the gel removal as there was still gel left on my nails afterward that I had to take off myself. It was a bit of a haphazard job.

Have been going here for waxing for a while now, lovely staff but this time was a bit disappointed with my leg wax, some hairs almost seemed broken rather than pulled out- think maybe it's because I went in late afternoon where as usually I go in the morning after a shower when the hairs would be softer.

Amazing! The girl who gave me a wax was incredible, fastest wax I've ever had done and with no bumps or uncomfortable pain after. I'm used to having to take painkillers and apply oil and this was totally fine.
