Disappointing :(. My nails aren’t symmetrical despite raising concerns several times. The gel has some marks in it. There’s loads of crud left UNDER my nails. Finishing off was rushed due to technician leaving to book appointments half way through.

I went for a gel mani pedi on Wednesday morning before I left for a two week holiday on the Friday. The staff were very lovely and sped up my appointment for me as I had to get to work. Unfortunately by that evening I already had a chip on my thumbnail. I called the next day and they were not able to accommodate me to redo until 5:15pm, but I was too busy at work and could only go on my lunch break. Day two I also spotted another chip on my second nail. my thumb nail has started to come off now too :( lovely staff so it’s disappointing and a huge shame that it’s not good value for money :(

I found the staff unable to do the treatment. Neither focus on details nor much experienced with the hot wax. Also the room where I had the wax done was not clean enough (floor, walls, surfaces..). Overall, a bad experience.
