Nail or Gel Polish Removal

First time having gel removal and was not what I expected. Technician was lovely however she scraped the polish off my nails with a metal tool taking half my nail with it then filed the skin on my fingers and pushed my cuticles so far back which was all very painful! Manicure was ok but would not recommend for gel removal.

Bad wax, so much hair left. Hair that was 'waxed' was more broken off so grew back a few days later.
