While the manicure experience overall was decent, I was surprised by no use of a machine during the process. Perhaps the blend of technology could make the visit more efficient and result more neat. However, the technician was lovely and did her best!

Very relaxing atmosphere, felt very comfortable with Kay. Tan looks lovely apart from one vertical stripe on each arm that was missed, so looks a bit off...
