Kay was absolutely lovely and gave me a really nice manicure and pedicure, and even put up with me changing my mind about the colour and giving me more options. Her colleague K also managed to squeeze in an eyebrow thread afterwards which I hadn't booked an appointment for. 10/10 would recommend.
