I was expecting that my hands would be cleaned or sanitized before the treatment, which didn’t happen. Also the manicure happened right away after polish removal, without the cuticle being prepared for it (neither soaked in warm water, not prepped by special cuticle softening oil). This led to the experience of manicure being quite harsh in my opinion.
The application of gel polish itself was flawless - really close to the nail root, all sides covered properly. Was quite pleased on that side.
