The removal was really professional and she was really gentle with my nails, not rough at all. I had a combination of two ladies doing the removal and application of shellac, both were super friendly and welcoming - and the lady that did my shellac application did a great job. Have only had them on a few days so can't comment on how long they will last, but I've already had compliments on the colour!
Would come back here if I was in the area for sure, or I may try their Victoria Park Road shop.
