My first visit. Embarrassed. No reason for feeling like that - was completely put at ease and had a great experience. Will certainly visit again. Both therapists were highly competent.

Kimpy was really lovely and her technique was great - quick and painless. Cannot fault her at all. However the salon itself is quite run down. The room for waxing is really grubby, everything looks a little bit dirty (the wax pot, the bottles etc.). Such a shame, as Kimpy was great but the salon need to work on its cleanliness. Especially for something as intimate as a Hollywood wax. Sadly that would put me off coming next again.
