Got brow lamination and lash lift done. It seemed alright immediately after the treatments. However, when I came back home and had a closer look I noticed that a lot of hairs were left unwaxed - I guess she didn’t even tidy it up with tweezers after waxing because the curve is also not perfect. Also, now after a week, new hair started sprouting. I think that during waxing, only the tips of the hairs broke off, whilst the rest of them underneath the skin were not pulled out. So I had to pluck them out myself (which I never do, so that my eyebrows don’t grow out of sync). Really upset because of that.
Lash lift was also not the best - the outer edges are curled too much - the angle reminds a U shape instead of a natural nice curl.
I guess for London standards this is not too bad because all salons provide similar quality service. However, for those who’ve seen how it should be done this will be no good. Haven’t found a salon yet that would do it properly in London, I can only get it done properly back home. Probably not coming back.

Amazing value for money (25£ for my last-minute gel pedi with removal!), great polish selection, wonderful atmosphere. Kay was so friendly, and I must say the pedicure seats are exceptionally comfortable :) Think this will be my new regular place!
