First time here, booked a manicure and pedicure, pedicure's great, thanks Manpreet!
Manicure (done by someone else):had one nail that broke the night before my appointment and when she started filing my gel off, I asked how she'd extend the broken nail, she said she doesn't have time to do it and I should've booked it because it's an add on, she said she can't do anything and was going to leave it short with all my other nails long.paid for pedicure and went to get my hands done somewhere else

I have been going to guys &dolls since 2017 and always had a very happy experience.
Unfortunately this time I wasn’t happy, I had full legs wax and I was left sore legs and the all process was painful.
Lucky I know the place and will always go back, hopefully it will be one of.
Last time I had my legs waxed was in June and the owner did the waxing herself and she was amazing.
I am assuming that this is a new person, I did not find her great and I am not a complainer.

Booked for a luxury pedicure, would say it was more like a basic pedicure. No foot massage. Not one of the best pedicures I have had here. Felt a little disappointed
